Continuing our 'Spring Welcome' with a stimulating selection of music to inspire us.

'Dancing Free' includes Grounding - Centreing - Freeing - Fun.

A chance to move to a wide range of music - gentle to energetic.
A workout for your body and spirit.
Guidance provided, but no set steps to learn.
Experienced facilitator. No experience necessary.
