Begin your adventure with a 4-mile, 2-hour kayak journey along the crystal-clear waters of the Jackson River. You'll drift back to the Intervale boat ramp, where Metta Vibrations will be ready for your sound bath experience.
You can choose to unwind in your kayak by the riverbank or step into the field to immerse yourself in the soothing sounds.
Join us for a relaxing Sound Bath experience on the Jackson River as the sun sets behind the mountains on Thursday, July 31st.
Float peacefully on the water while the calming sounds and vibrations of singing bowls and gongs wash over you, soothing your mind, body, and emotions. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a long day. This experience is open to everyone, with no prior experience needed.
Tickets include the floating option and the Sound Bath, but you’re welcome to relax on the riverbank if you prefer.
The Sound Bath begins at 7 PM and lasts for one hour.
