Harsh spirits of the Prohibition era needed honey, citrus, and syrups to make them drinkable, and from that necessity came legends like the Bee’s Knees and the Sidecar. On December 9, just days after the anniversary of Prohibition’s repeal, join Kelsey for Cocktail Knowledge: Prohibition Edition.
