Alongside Fairhaven’s Christmas event, we invite everyone to stop by the Community Care Corner for free health screenings, education, and support. Our goal is to provide meaningful connections, conversations, education and practical resources for anyone who needs them this season.
And as a small holiday gesture, we’ll have a little gift for those who stop by for a check-in.
