Fight Club- the first rule is to actually talk about it!

Take your training to another dimension by adding solid basics about movement, footwork, striking concepts and theories.

Start from the ground up by improving your kicking and striking with kickboxing, Muay Thai, and boxing drills.

Add in wrestling and grappling for takedowns and control. And then finish them off with submissions and your ground game.

This clinic is for all teen & adults students, any rank. No students under 13yrs old can participate.
$100 per day
$150 for both days
