End the week with a gentle, restorative Soundbath. Relax and unwind as we celebrate the summer solstice, beginning with guided mindfulness and meditation with Devi Sohanta. Experience the healing resonance of the gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, drums and other instruments. Soundbaths can help reduce stress, promote relaxation, improve sleep and enhance meditative practices. Admission is £20 and this includes refreshments following the Soundbath.
