HAPPY PRIDE MONTH MIXED NETBALL! 🏳️🌈
It is the PENULTIMATE😮 week of term which means it’s the penultimate Pop of the year! As we approach the end, circle ⭕️ will just be getting greater and more hype so you will not want to miss this! In fact, I regretfully must confess it will be my final Pop as a Fresher🥲so I hope I can experience it with you all!! Especially given it’s my month… (birthday month AND pride??) so if you don’t come just know you have broken my heart ❤️🩹.
Whilst celebrating such a momentous occasion, I’m feeling rather sentimental and nostalgic to the past year. Oh how I will miss first year, but at least we get to bully the next generation in September, ay? I’d like to take a moment to reminisce, to show my appreciation to you all and to share how much I’ll miss everyone over summer and till I next see everyone who is graduating!!
My personal highlights of the year have been: my first ever circle, MN Week 2 Kelsey’s Circle where I, very naively, volunteered myself to be wheelbarrowed around circle (I did indeed win too, L to you Sills 😝); Awards Dinner, a turning point for me in MN, where I realised you all felt like family to me; and starting my journey as a Social this term, having the ability to give back to the club, ensuring we all have an amazing, energetic time together (and get pleasantly drunk 😌), and feeling so supported throughout every step no matter the obstacles!! What 👏 A 👏 Year!
ANYWAYS, soppiness aside, would it really be June without a bit, or a LOT, of rainbows appearing to celebrate pride??! So… for this circle it’s an MN classic:

As a raging homosexual, and given the theme is wildly easy, I am expecting you all to form FABULOUS rainbows in circle (that’s Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Purple 🏳️🌈notice how the flag doesn’t do any of that ‘Indigo Violet’ bullcrap :p). So get your colour matching outfits ready, as you can come dressed in that solid colour and sit to form a rainbow or come as a colourful rainbow yourself! Unsure if I’m allowed to say this in 2025, but I will call homophobia if someone fails costume check this week 🥰 - it is just too simple!
So get ready to yassify circle and bring SO MUCH energy so we can SLAY the night away and rattle the straight out of everyone 🤭!! I will miss you all dearly <3, so this one will be a BANGER!
