Summer campout

Update due to unforeseen circumstances our hosts are no longer able to volunteer. Unless someone steps forward by June 7th all organized events are cancelled and this will simply be a summer campout for those wanting to gather.

Mexican Theme

Our Summer Rally will be taking place again at Seal Bay Campground in Courtenay, it will be held August 22-24th and the theme is Mexican. Reservations can be made directly through Seal Bay RV park by phone, we tentatively have both group rings booked.Some people will be staying Thursday to Monday and others only Friday and Saturday nights so please double check your dates at time of reservation. Seal Bay #250-339-1837 I don’t think I’ll be able to make it to the Summer Rally this year so Melany will be hosting it. She has lots of great ideas planned and has helped out with the Oliver rally the last few years so it should be a blast. They are going to have bingo Friday afternoon and hotdogs again on Friday night. Saturday will have breakfast, afternoon crafting, costume contest and potluck dinner. There will be a rally fee to help cover costs of $10 per trailer. More information about this rally will be posted to facebook but please register with the campground as soon as possible as the group ring sites will be released to the general public soon if not filled.
