Winter Solstice Soundbath: Where Light Meets Sound

On the longest night of the year, we gather to welcome the returning light. We’ll begin with gentle somatic movement, followed by a guided meditation to settle into the season’s stillness.

Our Solstice Ritual will invite you to release what no longer serves and call in the light you’re ready to receive.

We end with a restorative Sound Meditation, then ground together with tea and a small treat.
