� Let’s roll! In this hands-on class, young chefs ages 9 to 15 will learn how to make delicious, healthy Vietnamese-style Salad Rolls from scratch — and the dipping sauces to go with them! This fun and engaging cooking experience is designed to build kitchen confidence, creativity, and a love for fresh food.
� What kids will learn:
-How to safely handle ingredients and basic knife skills
-How to roll rice paper like a pro
-Tips on layering flavours and textures
-Fun facts about the cultural roots of salad rolls
-How to make dipping sauces from scratch
� Each kid will make 10 rolls. They will enjoy what they make together — and take home any delicious leftovers. Each participant will also get to try one of our fun, house-made drinks to enjoy with their food!
