Join us this season for a series of special events leading up to the Private Spaces and Gardens of Cotuit Tour. Each program offers a unique opportunity to celebrate the beauty of our community while supporting Cotuit Library.
LEAD-UP EVENTS:
Thursday, May 29 at 4:00 PM — Cottage Gardens with Liz Whitcher
- Award-winning Cape Cod gardener and influencer Liz Whitcher will share her expertise on creating lush and colorful cottage gardens, offering inspiration for gardeners of all levels.
Sunday, June 1 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM — Build Your Own Bouquet Bar
- Create your own fresh floral arrangement at this hands-on event on the Library’s front lawn. A perfect afternoon for families, friends, and flower enthusiasts.
Saturday, June 14 at 10:30 AM — iPhone Photography Walk: Cotuit Main Street Tour
- Learn how to capture beautiful botanical images with your smartphone while exploring the historic streets of Cotuit. Led by experienced photographer and educator, Chris Dumas.
MAIN EVENT:
Thursday, June 26 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM — Private Spaces and Gardens of Cotuit Tour
- A self-guided tour of select private gardens and outdoor spaces throughout the village. Each property will also feature a plein air artist, with artwork available during Cotuit Library’s Annual Art Auction (July 8–18).
- Map pickup begins at 9:30 AM at Cotuit Library.
