Starting the day with my newly created LIMBS workshop ! This class dives into all aspects of hooping on limbs; arm, elbow, neck, knee, thigh, and foot hooping. The ins and outs, as well as a few of my favorite tricks on each limb.
@yourbuddyduddy is rolling back by request his intro to 3D Poi workshop since so many were sad they missed it the first time. This class builds on stall control, breaking into the 3rd dimension with more of an understanding of gridwork, as well as mind bending hybrids.
I’ll be finishing the day off with a new silk tech class called “Closed fan mayhem” I’ve been sooo excited to roll out this workshop idea. All close fan concepts, shapes, weaves, tuts, wraps and more! Getting comfortable opening and closing your silks as well as transitioning to two fans one hand.
Each class is an 1.5hours with 10min breaks in between. You can get up to 25% off when you purchase all three classes.
