Sound Bath

Take a pause before the holiday rush and join us for an evening of rest and renewal in the sanctuary. We will gather for warm tea in the courtyard, followed by a sound bath and guided meditation in the sanctuary at sunset (4:45 PM).

For those who are able, please bring an extra mat or blanket to lie on the floor. Chairs will also be available. Comfortable clothing is recommended and feel free to bring an eye mask and a blanket to cover yourself. Plan to arrive at 4:00 PM to set up your space and enjoy a peaceful start to the evening.
