- 40-minute workout following group discussion with exercises you can do in your own home.
- 9 evaluations with 13 weeks of support (we meet each week for 6 weeks, then every other week.)
- 35-page workbook & Optional menu plans & shopping lists that will be emailed out. You can follow the dietary preference of your choice; our goal is to track your progress and ensure you achieve it.
- Health Tips and Support in a private Facebook Group
- Nutritional & Supplementation recommendations, to support a healthy microbiome, glandular health, metabolism, and more.
- Delivers support with clinically studied resources, tracking body composition– weight, muscle mass, bone mass, hydration, and more, with the option of a customizable array of products that help you achieve and maintain a healthy result.
