Chair & Mat Fusion Yoga

This all-levels class blends the best of seated and floor-based yoga to build strength, flexibility, and calm. You’ll move through breath-based postures at your own pace, using a chair as support when needed. Great for anyone easing into yoga or looking for a safe and supportive flow.
