Meditation for Anyone Summer Session

Have you wanted to explore meditation but don’t know where to begin? This class is for you!

Enter into meditation effectively. Exit a master.

When: Tuesdays, July 8 – August 19, 4:00-5:00 pm

Registration: Monday, June 9 – Monday, July 7

Pricing: 7-week session: $169 for members, $209 for not-yet members or $35 per class (as space allows)

In this summer series, instructor Phil Asaph will guide participants through advanced meditation techniques step-by-step to improve daily meditation practice.
