Intro to Kangoo Jumps

This is going to be an intro to kangoo jumps. We will supply the boots and you just show up and have fun!! You will learn all of the moves for kangoo, proper form, and learn to love this low impact super fun workout. This is 8 sessions. for only $109. Go to www.cooperscycleandfitness.net to sign up.
