Information about the event:
Chrystal will select acupuncture points for each participant, limited to 5 needles per person. Acupuncture is a method of treatment based on influencing the body by inserting hair-thin needles into specific points. Acupuncture points are seen as places where nerves, muscles, and connective tissue can be stimulated. This stimulation increases blood flow, while at the same time triggering the activity of the body's natural painkillers. Pathways which are activated from acupuncture points travel to the brain and promote body healing, stress relief and helps restore overall function.
Once needles are in place, participants will bathe in the vibrations and sounds of the crystal singing bowls and gongs for a 45 minute deep relaxation and mediation.
The vibrational sounds of the gong and crystal singing bowl help listeners release subconscious thoughts, clear stuck energy in the body, and provide emotional and physical healing, as well as balance and align the chakra energy centers within the body. These healing properties are enhanced with acupuncture.
