Stiff? Tight? Pain? Join Thrive Yoga & Fitness ONLINE as we launch a new series, Tuesday July 8th – Thursday July 31st. This inaugural 4-week series is led by Erin Geraghty, experienced Yoga Therapist, E-RYT 500, and 2nd Degree Black Belt with 25+ Years of training in the Movement Arts.

The focus for this series is learning how to move with more ease! The Tuesday classes are beginner friendly, offering simple, science-backed stretches to release the core trains of fascia in the body for maximum flexibility enhancement in a short amount of time. You will learn how to breathe, release tension, lessen stiffness, improve range of motion, alignment, and feel better in your daily life. The Thursday classes are a wonderful addition for those seeking more advanced flexibility. No experience needed - just show up ready to transform!
