The Intimacy Experiment Workshop is a transformative 2 hour event where you'll explore the skills we need for closeness and communication through a series of safe, fun and insightful activities. This event is not specifically about sex, although discussion about sex is welcome. You can use this knowledge and gain skills for more effective approaches to a partner/s.
Join us for an event filled with laughter, deeper conversations, and mindful practices designed to gain insight into your relationships with others as well as yourself. This experience will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and embrace the beauty of face-to-face interactions. In this experience, you will learn:
~The 5 levels of intimacy and how to build them
~How to discern between trust and risk, and how to decide when you want to risk, how much, and with whom
~How to know and practice your boundaries
~How to experience a deeper connection with a community of like-minded people
