Lammas Ceremony

Join us for a heart-centered Lammas Ceremony to honor the first harvest with gratitude, grounding, and community. This special gathering will include a gentle yoga flow to connect with the energy of the sun and Earth, a guided gratitude bath salt creation, and a deeply restorative Reiki and sound bath journey. We'll close with nourishing seasonal snacks and herbal drinks as we reflect on what we’re harvesting in our lives and prepare for the inward turn of the season. Come celebrate abundance, transformation, and the sacred cycle of giving and receiving.
