What We'll Cover (Agenda):
Since our last meeting, some amazing doors have opened! We'll spend this session integrating these new opportunities into our final event plan.
* Exciting New Partnership!
We'll discuss our official partnership with PACER's National Bullying Prevention Center. We'll talk about the resources they are sending and how we can best distribute them to students, parents, and schools.
* Finalizing Our Speakers & Guests:
We will confirm the schedule and logistics for our wonderful guest speakers and partners, including:
* Victoria from The Shepherd Inn, who will speak on drug abuse awareness.
* Miriah, who will be hosting a prayer and encouragement booth.
* Finalizing Volunteer Roles:
With our event schedule becoming clearer, we will finalize volunteer duties and stations for the day of the rally.
* Promotion & Outreach Strategy:
Let's brainstorm the final push for promoting the rally to ensure we reach every family and child who could benefit from this event.
