Move It or Lose It fitness classes
HOLD THE FRONT PAGE!!! MOVE IT OR LOSE IT FITNESS CLASSES IS COMING TO GARSTARD VH on Thursday 3rd July at 2pm.

By request, Fitness with a Difference, is coming to GASTARD Village Hall on Thursday, 26 June at 2pm to promote Move It or Lose It fitness classes for older adults 55+ or beginners who haven't exercised in sometime. This is only a MEET UP to chat, have a cuppa and get to know each other! Classes will commence on Thursday, 3rd JULY at 2pm.

So get yourselves down to the hall and have your say and see what other exciting classes will be coming your way. Hope to see you there 👀.
