Step into the peaceful space of Zaya Yoga as daylight softens and twilight beckons. Surrounded by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, you’ll be guided on a calming sound journey—like gentle ripples spreading across a quiet lake.

Alongside the pure tones of crystal bowls, Victoria’s angelic voice, and other instruments will create a layered soundscape to relax your body, ease your mind, and open your heart. It’s an invitation to simply rest, receive, and reconnect with a deeper sense of balance and calm.

This evening’s meditation, WINGS OF CHANGE, offers space to reflect, reset, and gently shift. Just as a butterfly moves the air with a single beat of its wings, these healing vibrations may begin to stir something within—small shifts that ripple outwards, bringing renewed energy, insight, and grace to your next steps.
