Join yoga teacher Amy Baack for a 60 minute All Levels Yoga flow at San Diego's beautiful Coronado Beach on Friday June 6 from 6:00-7:00pm. It doesn't get better than this oceanfront view. 😍🌊
Enjoy an accessible all-levels 60 minute Hatha Yoga flow (foundational yoga) out on the sand. Everyone is welcome, including beginners! It will be the perfect balance of total-body strengthening and feel-good relaxation under the sun.
Bring a large towel or two to use as a mat, sun protection, water, and all your friends & fam! Space is limited, so grab your tickets early!
We'll be meeting on the beach just north of the Hotel del Coronado property. Take the stairs down to the beach, and follow the ditch path towards the water. Look to your right for a blue yoga mat and Mind Body Badass sign. Plenty of free street parking is in the area, but it fills up so plan to arrive in plenty of time ahead of class to find parking and walk to our gathering.

**There are public restrooms available on the beach near the courts, or at the Hotel del Coronado, but both are a short walk.
