We're bringing world-class breath and mindset training to surf communities across Aotearoa in a national tour designed for surfers, ocean athletes, spearfishers, and anyone who wants more control and calm in the water.

This is a 6-hour intensive workshop based on the Survival Apnea Training System, used by elite water athletes, divers, and everyday legends alike to unlock:

✔ Breath control in high-pressure situations
✔ Calm in wipeouts and hold-downs
✔ Lung capacity and oxygen efficiency
✔ Mental clarity, focus, and stress resilience
✔ Safer, more powerful surf performance
