Wampum Belt Teachings and Loom Beading Workshop

Join the Native North American Travelling College who will be presenting a special indigenous cultural workshop at OPG.

Join the Native North American Travelling College Travel Troupe who will be presenting a special indigenous cultural workshop about the history, significance and different types of Wampum Belts. Participants will have the opportunity to make their very own beaded bracelet on the loom.

This cultural event will help you learn more about Mohawk culture and art while also creating and taking home your very own beaded creation.

Recommended ages 12 and up.
[The NNATC can accommodate some younger children; they can work on a smaller loom project.]
