PAUL ARTHUR, (vocals/harmonica), in his many years of music-making, brings his energy & amazing talent to every performance.
Called "The Master Bluesman" by some of Montreal’s top Blues musicians, it's been said that: “Paul Arthur is still one of the best at doing the Muddy Waters style Chicago Blues feel.”
Paul’s powerful gravelly voice has been compared to Joe Cocker, Johnny Winter, Louis Armstrong, & Tom Waits, and his harmonica style to the late great Little Walter, & Paul Butterfield, but Paul Arthur is definitely unique, with a style all his own!
THE PAUL ARTHUR BAND was the Grand Prize Winner in ‘The Battle of the Blues Bands’ 2015 in Montreal, & won a First Class trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras 2016, where they played a few sets at the iconic Blues club on Bourbon Street, broadcast LIVE worldwide.
