HONOURING TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION DAY - Free Yoga for Indigenous Community Members

As we approach Truth and Reconciliation Day on September 30th, we pause to reflect, listen, and honour the stories, resilience, and wisdom of Indigenous peoples across Turtle Island.

We recognize that reconciliation is not a single day, but a lifelong commitment to truth, healing, and justice. In the spirit of solidarity and respect, we are offering free yoga classes to or Indigenous brothers and sisters from September 30th to October 31st.

Yoga is a practice of connection - of breath, body, and spirit. It is also a space for grounding, healing, and reclaiming peace. We hope this offering provides a moment of rest and renewal for those who carry the weight of generational trauma and the strength of ancestral wisdom.
