FULL!! -Plant Based Cooking Workshop - Tempeh

The tempeh session is FULL!

Monday, March 16 - 4-6 p.m. Plant-Based Perfection -A Tasty Exploration with Less Meat - Cooking with Tempeh with Macro Mom Sarah Forrester.

Tempeh is a nutritious, fermented soybean cake originating from Indonesia, prized as a high-protein, fiber-rich, and versatile plant-based meat alternative. It has a firm, chewy texture with a mild, nutty flavor. It is often used in stir-fries, sandwiches, salads, and bowls due to its ability to absorb marinades.

Funded by the Province of Prince Edward Island, through a Live Well PEI grant from the Department of Health and Wellness for a Milton Community Hall project titled More Plants More Health.
