Take a deep breath and step into the peaceful embrace of the forest. In this gentle, restorative experience, we will slow down, open our senses, and let nature guide us back to balance.
What is Forest Bathing?
Originating in Japan as Shinrin-yoku, forest bathing is the mindful practice of immersing yourself in the sights, sounds, and scents of nature. Itβs not a hike or workoutβitβs about being, not doing. Moving slowly and with awareness, youβll be invited to connect deeply with the natural world and with yourself.
What to Expect:
π³ A slow, mindful walk through a beautiful forested area
π¬ Guided breathwork to release tension and quiet the mind
πͺ· A deeply relaxing guided meditation surrounded by natureβs sounds
