The Charlotte Asian Festival & Dragon Boat Festival are organized by the Carolinas Asian American Chamber of Commerce, Charlotte Dragon Boat Association, Asian American Foundation for the Carolinas, Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department, and Visit Lake Norman.
