After your workout, stay in the zone with a 25-minute wellness and beauty talk with Sian, where she’ll share insights and tips to elevate your daily routine and embrace self-care in a busy world.

Then it’s time to unwind with a nourishing breakfast, featuring the best of local produce, served in the comfort and elegance of our rooftop suite. Each guest will also receive a thoughtfully curated goodie bag to continue your wellness journey at home.
