The Silver Case

A new play by Brendan Griffin with music by Lewis Barfoot. Through a blend of narration and music The Silver Case tells the story of a badly injured child and an aid worker set a war zone hospital in the final hour before the hospital is bombed. It is a story of hope set against the backdrop of war.


8pm 30th July - 2nd August 2025 (plus 1pm Thurs & Fri). Wednesday July 30th, is a fundraiser for Doctors Without Borders / MSF, Gaza Appeal. The company will be donating their box office revenue from this performance.

“The play was inspired by the terrible treatment of innocent people in Gaza. While the horror and the injustice is overbearing, I wanted to focus on hope. Because hope exist too. In a war zone a young girl is saved by the music and love of an aid worker.” - Brendan Griffin, Writer.
