MONDAY MORNING - WOOPI BEACH WALK, MEDITATION, CUPPA and CHAT
Start your week off with good company, excercise and grounding. Learn and expereince tips for self-care and maximising your brilliance and joy of life.

Locals and visitors welcome. Come for all, or part of it. Whatever feels right on the day.

WHERE: Parking in Hoffmeier Close, we meet at the northern steps to the beach.

The AGENDA:
* 7am: Gather, greet and meet
* 7.05am: Wander north to the lake and back
* 7.35am-ish: Guided meditation, undercover in the BBQ area behind the Children's Playground
* 8.00am-ish: Beachouse for a cuppa
* 9am-ish: Start your week with a smile on your dial
