Fluro Friday - Woopi

Wear your brightest colours and blend in with a welcoming group of people who meet each week at Woolgoolga Beach to help bring awareness to Mental Health.

Loneliness, Depression and Anxiety can be debilitating and we want you to know that you’re not alone.
It’s ok not to be ok but always feel welcome to join us on a Friday.

Many friendships have formed from this regular early morning meet up.
We wear bright colours so people will ask us why and then that opens the conversation about mental health and suicide prevention.
You'll find us just in front of Surf Club.
We go to The Hub Cafe afterwards for a coffee and a further catch up. or if it's raining we meet at the Beachouse Cafe instead.
