Sunday Slay is a high-energy, music-fueled yoga class designed to awaken your power, shake off self-doubt, and connect you to the strongest, boldest version of yourself.

We’ll move through a beat-driven flow that builds heat, strength, and confidence—paired with moments of deep release so you leave feeling both empowered and grounded. Think power poses, breathwork, a little sweat, and a lot of hype.

You don’t need to be “fit.” You don’t need to be flexible.
You just need to show up and own your magic.
