What to Expect:
Enjoy a delicious plant-based luncheon catered by Veggie Reaper, featuring a variety of mouthwatering vegetables. Everything is made from scratch, good vibes, locally sourced, and organic when possible. Gluten-free options are available.
Arrive before the luncheon between 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM to enjoy a social hour with tasty mocktails inside the elegant pavilion, or relax and take in the fresh air on the veranda overlooking the adjacent park and pond.
The first course of this plated meal will be served at 1:00 PM.
This is a casual event; there is no dress code.
Parking: Available in the lot outside North Ridge Pavilion. Overflow parking, if needed, is at the Community of Christ Church (2121 South Ridge Dr, Coralville).

🥗Spring Salad
Spring mix greens, herbed chickpeas, tofu feta, carrots, cucumber, green onion, and sunflower seeds with your choice of Caesar or Ranch Dressing.
🍽️Veggie Lasagna
Layers of marinara, gluten-free friendly lasagna noodles, tofu ricotta made with local tofu and parmesan chez, chopped mushrooms, spinach and onions, and lentil walnut crumbles – all topped with mozzarella chez and herbs.
🌱Parmesan Green Beans
Slow roasted green beans with lemon, topped with parmesan chez.
🍓Strawberry Oatmeal Cream Pie Chezcakes
Oat cream pie base with a raw nut-based chezcake filling, topped with a strawberry sauce and oat cream pie crumbles.

Only the bread may contain oil. Everything is gluten-free friendly except the sourdough.
