What’s so special about Fitwize 4 Kids Summer Camp? It’s really quite simple. The time-honored tradition of going to summer camp is a perfect time to work on those essential life skills adults need to thrive, you know, those skills that teach independence. This is a big boost for parents who don’t want their kids to forget what they learned during the summer
The Difference between us and other camps?
If you’re the parent of an elementary school-aged kid, you are probably concerned about keeping them busy during the summer. Sure, you can go the traditional summer camp route that fills your kid’s time with fun activities. More often than not, summer camps provide field trips and filler time just to complete the day. We take a different approach, one that develops these crucial life skills:
Developing resilience and confidence in the face of problem-solving
Living a physically active lifestyle as a way of life
Learning better eating habits for health reasons
Adapting and overcoming
Learning the values of leadership
Building Character
Sample Schedule
8:00-9:30 AM – Drop Off/Breakfast (no cost)
9:30-10:30 AM – Workout.
10:30-12:00 PM- Themed weekly activity
12:00-1:00 PM – Lunch
1:00-2:00 PM – Structured Open Play
2:00-3:00 PM – Themed weekly activity
Drop-off is between 8:00 am & 9:00 INCLUDED: Breakfast and lunch is available at no additional cost. Cereal for breakfast/bagel and lunch Macaroni and cheese with fruit. (Changes daily) *Extended aftercare is available and there is a 2nd workout.
