Join us for an evening Gong Bath – a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating journey guided by sound therapist Aistė Li. This is a space to let go of tension, soften the mind, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within.
Through the rich vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and gentle instruments, your nervous system is invited into a state of deep rest. The sounds move through the body like waves — clearing, balancing, and harmonizing on a cellular level.
No effort is needed. You simply lie down, breathe, and receive.
This is your time to be still. To listen. To return home to yourself.
Whether you are new to sound healing or a returning soul, you are warmly welcome.
