Join us for a Rueda Loca, a salsa rueda workout – Fun, Fast, and Full of Energy 💃🏻
This isn’t your average salsa class. It’s a high-energy rueda de casino session designed to get your heart rate up and your body moving — all while having a blast.
Level: This workshop is for experienced dancers only (intermediate+). We'll keep explanations to a mimum and movement to a maximum.
When: Thursday August 7th and 14th 18:45-19:45 (or until we pass out)
Where: The Hockey Field, Thit Jensens Vej 2
Practical: Bring LOTS of water, comfortable clothes and shoes that are good for exercising
