Join us for a donation based park yoga session on the 24th of August from 13-14 at Enghaveparken for Cph4Water 💛

The class will be yin/yang - so half active & half relaxation, all yoga levels are welcome! 🌞

Practical: please bring your own mat or towel/blanket (the grass is usually soft enough for a practice)

About the teacher: Natasha (she/her/they) is an artist & yoga teacher in Copenhagen/Amsterdam that blends her knowledge & practices of yoga, karma yoga, music & art therapy with her workshops & events. Her values in these practices are to create spaces that are affordable, expressive and representative of her passion & love for connection, community, yoga & music. She is a known teacher at Absalon & volunteers for cph4water drop in classes.
