Set in a Palestinian village under Israeli occupation, No Other Land offers an intimate and urgent look into life under systemic displacement. The film has sparked global conversation - especially considering the ongoing crisis in Gaza - and we invite you to be part of that conversation here in Copenhagen.

Following the screening, a panel of voices with professional expertise and lived experience will dive into the broader Israel-Palestine conflict, with a special focus on displacement and the often-overlooked gendered dimensions of the conflict - how women and children are uniquely affected.

🎤 Panelists: Malene Sønderskov, Trine Pertou Mach, Fathi El Abed, Anne Hjul Lybke

🗓️ Program:
18:00 - Arrival and Welcome
18:30 - Film Screening
20:00 - Panel and Q&A

This event is organized by the United Nations Youth Association Copenhagen’s Working Groups on SDG 5 (Gender Equality) & SDG 16 (Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions) in collaboration with the Middle East Network, the Danish Palestinian Friendship Association and the Olive Tree Campaign.

🔹 UNYA Denmark is a youth-led nonprofit (ages 15–35) dedicated to promoting UN values and raising awareness on global issues. 🔹 The Middle East Network brings together Danish professionals from politics, journalism, academia, and the humanitarian sector to foster informed dialogue on the Israel-Palestine conflict.
🔹 The Danish-Palestinian Friendship Association is a Danish organization that promotes solidarity, cultural exchange, and awareness about Palestinian rights and the situation in Palestine. 🔹The Olive Tree Campaign is a grassroots initiative supporting Palestinian farmers and communities.

We hope to see you there for an evening of reflection, solidarity, and meaningful exchange! 💬🕊️
