We invite you to an evening where music becomes medicine and sound becomes a guide.

This is not a concert, and not quite a meditation in the traditional sense.
It’s something in between—
A space where we use music and toning to reconnect with the body, calm the mind, and come back to the heart

Together, we’ll explore how sound can bring us into a more natural state of balance.
We’ll listen.
We’ll breathe.
We’ll tone.
And maybe—just maybe—we’ll let go of something we didn’t know we were holding
