Org4smic Living: Unlock the Tantric Path to Pleasure
What is pleasure to you? Is it something that happens in specific intended moments of your life, or is it something you integrate in every part of your life? Is it a surface, local and compacted feeling or does it pierce your body and bring you new states of consciousness?
No matter where you find yourself, in between these two extremes, if you're into expanding your pleasure compass - this is the practice for you.
Org4smic Living is a monthly dive into all of being you - exploring, transforming and expanding yourself to align with a life full of pleasure. Every deep dive is different, both in energy, participation, and the exercises involved - but will all be body-based practices drawing inspiration from Tantra, Tantric Massage, Dearmouring, the art of conscious touch and Wheel of Consent.
It is an invitation for you to awaken and expand your capacity for pleasure, release blocked emotions and numbed out body parts. The practice might challenge your perception and beliefs about how to be in this life, how pleasure works, and may break up any fixed mindsets about what your body needs to turn on.
Org4smic living is fuelled by trust, consent, and space holding that allows any and all emotions to rise to the surface, and none of this will work if it doesn't happen at your pace - so you are encouraged to self-care, speak up, or ask for support.
What will happen
Every event will be different. Exercises and content will all be aligned with the goal of transforming pleasure, but will change topic within the theme. This means that you can never expect anything specific to happen at Orgasmic Living, other than the frame or structure being the same - so come with an open mind.
Since the aim of the practice is to transform and expand pleasure, you should be prepared to work with the unpleasant aspects of yourself, your numbness, your pain, the inner judge or critic, and the part of you that is resisting change. We will gently weave together these sensations with pleasure, to keep the workshop light.
Who is this for?
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their connection to their body, enhance their experience of pleasure, and cultivate a life rich with sensuality and joy.
Can I join as a beginner?
This practice is for anyone looking to expand their capacity for pleasure and who already have some experience with consent and the capacity to hold space for themselves, and how to be in a room where others are reacting to emotions, tension release or pleasure.
Can I come alone?
Yes! Or come with one, or several partners. There will be exercises working alone and in pairs and trios. If you expect a specific experience we recommend bringing one or more partners, but we encourage you to be open to explore and experience with the different people in the room.
What to wear?
Please wear loose-fitting clothes that you can move freely in and that can be easily removed if you choose to.
What to bring
Your favorite water bottle with a closed lid, if you need water during the practice.
Bring earplugs if you are sound sensitive
