Ghenwa (noiré) Abou Fayad (LB), is a cross-disciplinary performer, illustrator, and workshop facilitator. In music, Ghenwa explores improvisation using their electric-bouzouki setup and vocals.

In their storytelling performances they include topics on oral history, mental struggles, and daily life survival; all while emphasising on the notion of repetition such as in "Halawa Ghawwassah" - "Beauty Underwater". Till now Ghenwa’s music performances were intended to be ephemeral and based on instant settings.

Ghenwa previously performed at NL: Singelkerk, Van Gogh Museum, Radion, Worm Rotterdam, Sonic Acts Biennale, Stedelijk Museum, Framer Framed, FR: Instants chavirés, Tour Orion, Le Consulat Paris.

Ghenwa is working on producing their first debut EP entitled "daken" - "sombre".
