Aqua Yoga -- Flow with the water

Aqua Yoga blends gentle yoga movements with the supportive and soothing nature of water. This 45-minute session, held in the swimming pool (1.25 m deep, 26°C), is designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and relaxation — all while being kind to your joints. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, it’s a refreshing way to start your day.
Limited to 9 participants to ensure a calm and personalized experience.
