In this in-depth workshop with Jens Schyth Brøndum, you will be presented with the opportunity to develop an even greater understanding of your body’s endless potential. Together, we will explore movement and new ways to understand ourselves. Throughout the classes, you will experience a multitude of improvisational methods, images, and games. Each harmoniously enriching your understanding of body and mind, as well as nourishing your movement language. This room allows you to feel safe, practice failure, and connect with yourself and others. Previous dance experience is recommended but not required.
