$20 per person | Space is limited. It’s time to feel strong, safe, and empowered. Join Strong Heart Events (SHE) for a special women’s self-defense class, SHE Fights Back, hosted at Master Baez Martial Arts studio in Cooper City. This hands-on class is designed for women of all ages—bring your daughters, college students, and friends—and learn practical techniques to stay safe and confident in everyday situations. No experience needed. Giving Back Together
We will continue supporting the Nancy J. Cotterman Sexual Assault Center, who will also attend to share expert tips and important resources on personal safety.
Donations encouraged:
• Gift cards (Visa, Target, Walmart)
• New undergarments, t-shirts, yoga pants
• Journals, toiletries, and comfort items
Space is limited, and this event will fill quickly.
Now for the fine print:
You will need to sign a liability waiver. There will be an "after-party" at Shanks Bar in the same shopping center.
