If you’ve ever done endless sit-ups, crunches, or planks—pushed yourself to exhaustion only to feel like nothing’s improving (or worse, things are getting more uncomfortable)... you are not alone. And you are not broken.
In fact, many women don’t realize that traditional core training can actually make things worse when done without proper understanding of how the core truly functions.
Add in our cycles, hormone fluctuations, pregnancies, labor/delivery, doing too-much-too-soon postpartum, never being told how to recover in the postpartum phase... and we're left with a body we don't recognize and no idea what to do with it.

After more than a decade of coaching women, studying the root causes of these dysfunctions, and learning from pioneers in the field, I created this workshop because women deserve better.
You deserve to understand your body. You deserve to feel strong, supported, and confident in your movement. You deserve results that don’t come at the cost of your health.
This 12-week (6-sessions meeting every-other week), in-person workshop series is your deep dive into a whole new way of connecting with your core—from the inside out.
We’ll focus on breath, alignment, pressure management, muscular control, and progressive strategies to actually rebuild and restore your core in a way that makes sense for real life and long-term function.
You’ll learn:
✅ What the core actually is—and how it really works
✅ How to assess your own patterns and dysfunctions
✅ How to re-engage your deep core (not just the surface muscles)
✅ How to move, breathe, and train in a way that helps—not harms
✅ A framework you can use for the rest of your life
This is not a quick fix. This is not flashy. This is the work that works.
You’ll have homework between sessions (and no, you won't get results if you skip it!).
This is low-intensity, high-impact training that requires commitment, patience, and trust in the process.
